Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you have cancelled the booking directly with the airline, you would need to inform A.A.S.Flight Solutions Pvt. Ltd of the same.

To inform us of the cancellation, under Special Claims.

You can also submit request for Special Claims against (NO SHOW) unutilized ticket, and flight not operational cases.

On receiving your confirmation, A.A.S.Flight Solutions Pvt. Ltd will validate the refund amount with the airline and then process the refund to your account. Please note that A.A.S.Flight Solutions Pvt. Ltd shall charge Rs. 250 per sector per passenger as a cancellation service fee over and above the individual airline cancellation fee.

  • Up to 15 days (Excluding departure date): Rs 100/- per passenger
  • Up to 8-14 days (Excluding departure date): 25% of the package cost
  • Up to 4-7 days (Excluding departure date): 50% of the package cost
  • Less than 3 days (Excluding departure date): 100% of the package cost
